1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using InstructFlow AI ("the Services"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Services. These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and InstructFlow AI.
2. Description of Services
InstructFlow AI provides AI-powered prompt optimization and workflow building tools. The Services include prompt enhancement, compression, structuring, workflow creation, version history, sharing, and related features. InstructFlow AI Pro is our paid subscription plan offering expanded capabilities.
3. Accounts and Registration
To use certain features, you must create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity under your account. You must be at least 13 years old to use the Services.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use the Services for any unlawful, harmful, or abusive purposes. Prohibited activities include:
- Generating or promoting illegal, fraudulent, or deceptive content
- Creating prompts or workflows that harass, threaten, or discriminate against others
- Attempting to bypass security measures or access other users' accounts
- Using the Services to distribute malware or engage in hacking activities
- Reverse engineering or extracting the underlying AI models
- Automated scraping or excessive API usage that degrades service for others
5. AI-Generated Content Disclaimer
The outputs generated by InstructFlow AI are produced by artificial intelligence models. While we strive for accuracy and quality, AI-generated content may contain errors, biases, or inaccuracies. You are solely responsible for reviewing, verifying, and appropriately using any AI-generated content. We make no guarantees about the suitability of outputs for any specific purpose.
6. Subscription and Billing
InstructFlow AI Pro is available via paid subscription. By subscribing, you agree to the following billing terms:
- Subscriptions are billed in advance on a recurring basis (monthly or annually, depending on your selection)
- All fees are non-refundable except as expressly stated in our Refund Policy
- We use Stripe for payment processing. By subscribing, you agree to Stripe's terms of service
- Failed payments may result in immediate suspension of Pro features
- We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice
7. Cancellation Policy
You may cancel your InstructFlow AI Pro subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting support. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. You will retain Pro access until the period ends, after which your account reverts to the free plan.
8. Workflow Sharing and Public Templates
You may choose to make workflows public via shareable links. By sharing a workflow publicly, you grant InstructFlow AI and other users a license to view and clone that workflow. You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to share any content within your workflows. We reserve the right to remove public workflows that violate these terms.
9. Intellectual Property
Your Content: You retain all ownership rights to the prompts, workflows, and content you create. InstructFlow AI does not claim ownership of your user-generated content.
Our Content: The InstructFlow AI name, logo, software, designs, and all other proprietary materials are owned by us and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not use our trademarks without prior written permission.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, InstructFlow AI and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim, or $100 if you have not made any payments.
11. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Services at any time, with or without notice, for violations of these terms or for any other reason. Upon termination, all licenses granted to you will cease immediately.
12. Changes to Terms
We may modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be notified at least 30 days in advance. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
13. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
