At InstructFlow AI, we want you to be satisfied with your subscription. This Refund Policy outlines the circumstances under which refunds may be issued for InstructFlow AI Pro subscriptions.
2. Subscription Cancellation
You may cancel your InstructFlow AI Pro subscription at any time. Here's how cancellation works:
- Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period
- You will continue to have Pro access until the period ends
- No partial refunds are issued for unused days in the current billing period
- After cancellation, your account reverts to the free plan
- You can resubscribe at any time to regain Pro features
3. No Guaranteed AI Outputs
InstructFlow AI provides AI-powered tools that generate suggestions, optimizations, and workflows. Due to the nature of AI technology, we cannot guarantee specific outcomes, accuracy, or fitness for any particular purpose from the outputs generated. Refund requests based solely on dissatisfaction with AI-generated content quality are generally not eligible for refunds.
4. Refund Eligibility
Refunds are issued at our sole discretion in the following circumstances:
- Within 14 days of first purchase: New subscribers may request a full refund within 14 days of their initial subscription payment if they are unsatisfied with the service
- Service unavailability: If InstructFlow AI Pro features are unavailable for an extended period (more than 72 consecutive hours) due to issues on our end
- Billing errors: If you were incorrectly charged or charged multiple times for the same period
- Accidental purchase: If you can demonstrate that a subscription was purchased by mistake and no meaningful use was made of Pro features
5. Non-Refundable Circumstances
Refunds will not be issued in the following situations:
- Requests made more than 14 days after the initial purchase or any renewal charge
- Change of mind after significant use of Pro features
- Dissatisfaction with AI output quality (outputs are inherently variable)
- Failure to cancel before a renewal date
- Violation of our Terms of Service leading to account suspension
6. Refund Process
To request a refund, contact our support team with your account email and a brief explanation. Approved refunds are processed within 5-10 business days and credited to the original payment method. Refund timing may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
7. Annual Plans
Annual subscriptions receive a discount in exchange for upfront commitment. If you cancel an annual plan, you may be eligible for a prorated refund for the unused months, minus any discount received, provided the request is within 30 days of the annual renewal.
